You will contribute to best-in-class planning and merchandising, aligning with company and departmental goals to boost profitability. The role involves partnering with buyers and vendors to forecast demand, develop assortment plans, and communicate strategies to management with clear analyses that shape inventory decisions and sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
5–7 years of experience, including 3+ years in planning or merchandising.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop omni-channel department financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
Create assortment plans with buyers, aligning item plans to financial plans.
Analyze assortment gaps, opportunities, or liabilities in the financial plan.
Collaborate with vendors to align on forecasts and ensure supply for demand.
Partner with merchandise analysts to align allocation with inventory flow.
Identify variances and communicate strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
