Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in the United States is seeking an experienced leader to direct the Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment teams, mentoring them and collaborating with eCommerce planning colleagues to align inventory with strategic goals.

You will own forecasting, open-to-buy, and category performance, translating data into actionable guidance for merchandising leadership and driving efficiency, growth, and inventory productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment teams.

• Promote innovative problem-solving and support organizational change.
• Partner with merchandising leadership, aligning inventory and financial strategies across vendor portfolio.
• Prioritize improvements to reporting and planning processes as the division evolves.
