Atlantic Health System seeks a Director of Managed Care to lead strategy, execution, and performance of all managed care activities across FFS and VBC arrangements. You will oversee contract negotiations, payer relations, medical economics, and reimbursement modeling, driving system-wide financial targets and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Population Health, and site CFOs to align contracting strategy with organizational goals and annual hospital revenue

Qualifications

• Experience leading managed care contracting across a system.
• Strong understanding of FFS and value-based arrangements.
• Ability to forecast financial impact and support negotiation strategy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee system-wide managed care contracting for hospitals, physician enterprise, ambulatory centers, and value-based arrangements.
• Lead development and execution of contracting strategies in response to market shifts and regulatory changes.
• Direct pricing, reimbursement, and credentialing activities in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and Finance.
• Oversee value-based program performance, including shared savings and risk arrangements.
• Collaborate with finance, population health, clinical operations, and CFOs to align strategy with budget and growth goals.
