Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Three to five years of fundraising/development experience.
• Experience with donor engagement and relationship building.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising and donor relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a donor portfolio of 75–150 donors and prospects.
• Build long-term donor relationships through outreach, meetings and stewardship.
• Develop personalized engagement strategies to move donors to gifts.
• Lead fundraising efforts and sponsorships aligned with campus priorities.
• Coordinate with campus leadership on major gift opportunities.
• Draft, track, and manage gift agreements and donor records.
• Monitor foundation funds, restricted gifts, and gift usage.
• Plan donor engagement events, campus visits and reporting.
