Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD with active pharmacist license in KS.
• 3-5+ years of LTC pharmacy operations leadership experience.
• Proven leadership experience with teams of 40-60+ people.
• Strong knowledge of LTC pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• Operationally sharp, dependable and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with staffing, financial performance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and a team of pharmacists and technicians across dispensing, quality, compliance, purchasing, consulting, billing and overall performance.
• Balance operational excellence with outstanding service for residents and partners.
