Job summary

PharmcareUSA is seeking a Pharmacy Director to oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations and manage a trained staff. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, clinical pharmacy skills, and excellent communication with facilities and physicians.

We offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and paid time off for full-time employees. Experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in the state where pharmacy is located; multi-state licenses may be required.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and inventory management.
