Orion Placement seeks a Director of Pharmacy – Long-Term Care to lead day-to-day operations for a growing LTC pharmacy in Middletown, CT. You will oversee patient services, staff performance, and regulatory compliance on-site, shaping care quality and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day to day pharmacy operations while ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant medication services.
• Coach and support pharmacy staff creating a collaborative, high performing environment.
• Maintain pharmacy compliance, quality standards, dispensing accuracy, and effective medication management processes.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, customers, and internal teams.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location

Middletown, Connecticut. This is an on-site leadership position for someone who enjoys being closely connected to their pharmacy team, operations, and customers.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing and have 5+ years of pharmacy experience. Long term care pharmacy experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate.
