Gracelight Community Health is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to provide strategic, operational, clinical and financial leadership for its in-house pharmacies and Clinical Pharmacy services in California. You will supervise Pharmacy Managers and Clinical Pharmacists, ensure regulatory compliance with CA Board of Pharmacy and DEA, and drive 340B program integrity and revenue growth.

This role partners with Finance to optimize patient care, access, and medication safety while expanding services

Formación

• PharmD or PharmD with license to practice in California.
• Active California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible pharmacy experience with leadership.
• Experience supervising Pharmacy Managers and clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California pharmacy laws and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and program integrity.
• Experience managing pharmacy budgeting, reimbursement, inventory and margins.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration; FQHC/community health center exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and accountability for Gracelight’s in-house pharmacies and Clinical Pharmacy services.
• Directly supervise Pharmacy Managers and Clinical Pharmacists and set performance expectations.
• Establish department goals and monitor KPIs using clinical, operational and financial data.
• Oversee 340B program integrity, policies, compliance and auditing.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop and monitor the Pharmacy Department budget.
• Lead growth of pharmacy services and revenue through new programs and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with CA Board of Pharmacy, DEA, HRSA requirements and reporting.
• Partner with clinical teams to improve patient care and medication safety.
