Job summary

Desert Sage Health Centers seeks a strategic Manager of Pharmacy / Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our in-house pharmacy. You will oversee safe, compliant operations, staff leadership, medication access, and 340B revenue optimization while collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders and the contracted management partner.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive financial performance and pharmacy utilization, ensuring patient access and organizational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safe and compliant pharmacy operations.
• Supervise and develop pharmacy staff and workflows.
• Ensure financial sustainability through monthly reporting and reconciliation.
• Monitor reimbursement, payer mix, and drug acquisition costs.
• Lead 340B utilization and revenue capture efforts.
• Coordinate with contract management partner to optimize operations.
