Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• Active California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, clinical and financial leadership for Gracelight’s pharmacies.
• Supervise Pharmacy Managers and Clinical Pharmacists, set goals and evaluate performance.
• Oversee 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring compliance and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with California Board of Pharmacy, DEA and HRSA requirements.
• Partner with Finance to monitor budget, reimbursement and margins.
