Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL invites applicants for the role of Director, PGS Business Operations & Capabilities. You will lead the capabilities that enable quoting, delivery, and engineering, partnering with IT to deliver data, tools, and processes.

The role drives improvements in cycle time, service margin, and customer satisfaction across US/Canada and LATAM/Caribbean, shaping long-term capability strategy and governance.

Competenze

• 10+ years of leadership in service operations, outage or field services, commercial operations, or engineering operations, including 5+ years leading teams in a KPI-driven environment
• Proven accountability for business outcomes and operational results across multiple functions
• Experience shaping and governing business systems (CRM, PLM, ERP) from the business side

Mansioni

• Demonstrates core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
• Be accountable for the operational performance of PGS capabilities across commercial, service, and engineering
• Define capability KPIs and run regular operating reviews with functional leaders
• Lead root-cause analysis and improvement efforts with Operational Excellence and BPOs
• Ensure capabilities meet field needs across US/Canada and LATAM/Caribbean
• Act as primary business counterpart for PGS with IT as delivery partner
