Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas seeks a Director of PGS Business Operations & Capabilities to lead operational performance and capability strength across commercial, service, and engineering functions. Responsible for KPI-driven outcomes, data, and IT delivery partnerships to secure new business and optimize service delivery.

The role drives capability governance, roadmap prioritization, and major improvement programs, aligning with the broader energy transition and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership across service/operational domains.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Experience in shaping and governing business systems (CRM, PLM, ERP).
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases, and vendor relationships.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define capability KPIs and run regular operating reviews with functional leaders.
• Lead capability roadmaps and investment cases aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with IT and delivery partners to ensure aligned processes and systems.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage PGS capabilities across US/Canada and LATAM/Caribbean.
• Prepare and present business cases to senior leadership and secure funding.
