Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support communications, employee engagement initiatives, and events for Power Generation Services.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, PGS, you will translate business priorities into clear messages and organized project plans. The role requires strong writing, project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while aligning with brand standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business information into clear, concise communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal communications including announcements, employee updates, newsletters, Viva Engage content, and business milestone communications
• Support communication planning for organizational updates, employee programs, culture campaigns, and business priorities
• Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and shared-service partners
• Coordinate awareness campaigns tied to business priorities, milestones, employee programs, and organizational initiatives
• Help create engaging communications that reinforce company values and enhance the employee experience
