Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Personal Training Director to lead the club's fitness programming and deliver an exceptional member experience. This role ensures adherence to company standards, oversees Personal Trainers, and drives revenue growth through high-quality coaching and services.

You will hire, train and develop a strong PT team, create schedules within budget, and manage Time & Labor while upholding punctuality, dress code and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading a high-performing fitness team.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff while driving membership retention.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fitness program software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage performance of qualified Personal Trainers.
• Develop weekly work schedules for fitness staff and monitor Time & Labor.
• Ensure staff comply with guidelines and manage overtime while maintaining payroll integrity.
• Provide member service and support related to fitness servicing issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets for Fitness services and supplements.
• Lead and mentor team to align with company values and achieve goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and club experience.
