AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services in San Antonio to lead branch operations and drive service excellence. The role emphasizes managing budgets, revenue growth, scheduling, and staff development while maintaining strong community partnerships and referral networks.

The position requires a high school diploma with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in home care or staffing. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate branch performance and compliance meetings.
• Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships.
• Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients and referral partners.
• Foster a positive team culture and drive employee engagement and accountability.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 /annually + Bonus opportunity

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; supporting on-call rotation
