• Five+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations or perioperative services.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including physicians and CSP.
• Knowledge of accreditation readiness, regulatory standards, and value-based care.
• Strong ability to translate strategies into actionable, measurable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of surgical and procedural growth initiatives.
