Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Director of Perioperative Logistics to lead operational planning for new and expanding surgical and procedural services. You will align cross-functional teams, drive activation readiness, and translate growth priorities into executable plans across OR, CSP, finance, facilities, and IT.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Surgical Services, this role requires 5+ years of leadership in perioperative operations, regulatory readiness, and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations or perioperative services.
• Proven track record leading operational, regulatory, and quality initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects with physicians, CSP, supply chain, IT, and executives.
• Knowledge of regulatory readiness, policy development, and process improvement.
• Strong ability to translate priorities into actionable plans and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for new and expanding surgical services.
• Guide service line growth through feasibility reviews and pro formas.
• Align stakeholders across OR, CSP, finance, facilities, and IT around growth priorities.
• Improve patient flow and resource utilization in perioperative settings.
• Drive activation readiness and project purchasing alignment with growth plans.
