Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 4 years in relevant field.
• 10 years of software, quality, or performance engineering experience.
• 6 years leading teams or programs focused on performance, reliability, or production readiness.
• Hands-on with automated test systems, load testing frameworks, and performance pipelines.
• Experience testing distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement automated performance and reliability validation systems.
• Own strategy and implementation for performance testing, load testing, and release gates.
• Collaborate with developers to set standards, tooling, and expectations.
• Lead benchmarks and synthetic workloads across the Stellarus platform.
