LIPA is seeking a Director of Performance Assessment and Process Optimization to design, govern, and continuously improve enterprise performance frameworks. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop executive dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making with senior leadership across stakeholders, including legal and procurement.

You will translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, benchmark against industry standards, and ensure accountability for performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and 10+ years in utility or performance-management roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable performance objectives and governance processes.
• Advanced analytical and data-literacy skills; communicate insights to senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and dashboards.
• Familiarity with benchmarking, scorecards, and KPI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and evolution of performance measurement frameworks.
• Develop and assess new performance metrics with stakeholders including DPS and Service Provider.
• Establish a structured process-optimization program and track benefits.
• Identify risks and opportunities via trend analysis and root-cause methods.
• Act as internal thought leader on organizational performance management and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and present executive dashboards to leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal on performance-related contractual matters.
