The YMCA Metro Office seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead talent management, policy development, and HR services across recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. This role reports to the COO and is integral to building a people-first culture within the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional experience in all aspects of human resources management and staff development or equivalent
• Knowledge and professional experience in planning and policy, talent management, selection, compensation, benefits, training and staff development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and performance management
• Current knowledge of regulations, industry trends, practices, and applicable HR laws
• Proficiency with business and HR-related software applications, including talent management and time/attendance systems
