Job summary

Endeavor Home Care Group, LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide our HR function across our Home Care, DDD Services, and Hospice divisions. You will work closely with the executive team and division leaders, and lead a small HR team to ensure policies, documentation, and practices support the mission.

You will develop and maintain employee handbook, implement development programs, handle onboarding, performance reviews, and leave management, while applying Arizona and federal

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of HR leadership experience at the director level.
• Strong foundation in employment law, HR compliance, and risk management.
• Experience supporting HR across multiple locations or divisions.
• Working knowledge of Arizona and federal employment law.
• Experience building policies, handbooks, and development programs from the ground up.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Background in home care, developmental disability services, hospice, or healthcare is a significant plus.
• Someone who builds trust easily with leaders and employees alike, and who is drawn to work that exists to serve others.

• Bring clarity to our people by maintaining the employee handbook and updating policies.
• Grow our people by supporting leadership meetings and a development plan program.
• Keep operations steady by guiding the HR team from onboarding to performance and leave management.

• Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational questions.
