You will translate business strategy into talent outcomes, drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development while shaping culture and employee experience.

Based on the East Coast preference, with Orlando as a strong option, this role offers strategic influence, data-driven advisory, and the opportunity to lead HR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including complex employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in multi-site environments.
• Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent coaching, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Aufgaben

• Develop regional workforce plans aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning across the region.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Analyze engagement metrics and retention data to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
