This executive role oversees strategy, compliance, compensation and benefits, HRIS, training, policy development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and support compliance, policy development, and employee engagement.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee records, and training support.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and discipline.
• Partner with executive leadership and legal counsel on HR matters as needed.
• Support board-related HR needs, audits, and special projects.
