Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Administration in Texas to lead HR operations, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and organizational culture. You will partner with the Owner/Operator and Executive Leadership Team to shape people systems, drive engagement, and ensure high standards of hospitality and administrative excellence.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on administration, requiring a commitment to service, professional integrity, and the ability to execute

Qualifications

Experience in HR, executive administration, or office management preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a Team Member engagement strategy focused on engagement, connection, and retention.
Own recruiting and sourcing to maintain a strong pipeline of applicants.
Oversee onboarding process and New Hire Orientation.
Manage payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
Lead leadership training and development as assigned.
Handle administrative systems, accounts payable, and office management.
Support restaurant operations and guest-facing hospitality as needed.
