Key Responsibilities: Recruit, Train, Retain Talent

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Lead all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
  • Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Set and maintain high hiring standards

Training & Development

  • Design and execute an aggressive training program for all team members
  • Develop future leaders through structured coaching and mentorship
  • Ensure all team members are trained to deliver operational excellence

Leadership Development

  • Identify, coach, and develop high-potential leaders
  • Build a strong internal leadership pipeline
  • Partner with Director of Operations to elevate leadership performance

Culture & Team Experience

Work Schedule & Location

  • Full-time on-site position
  • Flexible shifts including 8 and 10-hour shifts, day and night
  • Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability required
