The role requires a Bachelor's degree, CPP preferred, 5+ years managing payroll operations, and 2+ years of team leadership, with strong analytical and confidential handling

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• CPP accreditation preferred.
• Minimum five years managing payroll operations.
• Minimum two years leading a payroll team.
• Experience with UKG HRIS systems and payroll processing.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute payroll strategies, providing leadership and direction while implementing controls and process improvements to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll transactions, maintain payroll system configurations, and support financial reporting.
• Lead, develop, coach, and evaluate payroll team members in alignment with job expectations and Bethany's values.
• Evaluate payroll technology solutions and act as SME to maximize system capabilities and efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor solutions to meet operational, compliance, and service requirements.
• Escalate complex payroll issues and collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, vendors, and leadership to resolve concerns.
• Provide governance over payroll compliance with evolving regulations and implement changes timely.
• Lead special projects and data analyses to support process improvements and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Serve as Finance department SME on payroll operations and planning.
• Oversee annual Workers' Compensation audit and provide payroll data for accurate classifications.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
