Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Extensive experience in payroll management including leadership of payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax reporting, and labor compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems and HR technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations by overseeing end-to-end processing activities and ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.
• Develop and implement payroll strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
• Manage system improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, reporting, and payroll-related inquiries.
