• Ensure compliance with employment laws, payroll taxes, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with HRIS and time & attendance systems for integrated data flows.
• Perform detailed reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger reviews.
• Manage payroll tax filings, government reporting, and audit preparations.
• Protect confidential information while handling large-scale payroll tasks.
