financial institutions and issuing banks, driving sustainable growth while strengthening Visa's strategic partnership. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams and leverage data analytics to deliver actionable insights, with a focus on profitability, growth strategy, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Demonstrated success in selling and delivering consulting services to financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and payments landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling and delivery of consulting engagements for Visa clients in North America.
• Manage client portfolio, build sales pipeline, and achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions.
• Provide data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with marketing, risk, and product teams to drive growth.
• Ensure accurate pricing, approvals, funding, and revenue recognition.
