Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Client Consulting Manager to lead high-impact projects for Visa's North America retail and consumer goods clients. You will deliver and implement solutions, develop growth initiatives, and partner across teams to leverage Visa's resources for client success.

The role requires extensive data analysis, strategy development, and strong communication skills. You will work with diverse stakeholders and travel 5-10% as needed to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, or business analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting initiatives and help close engagements with clients.
• Develop frameworks and recommendations addressing opportunities and challenges.
• Build scalable solutions and actionable insights for client growth.
