Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting experience and payments background
• Effectively engage with mid-to-senior level stakeholders at regional banks and credit unions, adapting communication to diverse client sophistication levels and organizational structures
• Thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment where team members operate with a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and accountability across both sales and delivery responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic advisor to clients by identifying, prioritizing, and executing growth strategies for top US issuers
• Lead engagements from strategy definition through recommendations and client-ready outcomes
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for executive audiences
• Support growth and sales by shaping narratives, presentations, and SOWs
• Build the future of the VCA practice with scalable offerings and reusable assets
