Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or data warehousing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives and manage associates to resolve complex operational issues using market-leading technology and analytics.
• Collaborate on client engagements to optimize workflows, address quality gaps, and enhance operational and financial outcomes across healthcare organizations.
• Design and redesign business processes, incorporate analytics tools, and develop training materials, gap analyses, and performance reports for clients.
• Communicate with engagement teams and clients, escalating issues as needed, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.
• Assess, validate, and benchmark operational performance using data-driven insights, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping, including AI tool utilization for revenue cycle assessments.
