Job summary

Lyra Health is hiring a Manager for the Payer Integration team in the United States. You will lead a team of Payer Integration Managers to drive health plan integrations across customer implementations and provide strategic guidance across the organization.

You will act as an SME on Health Plan Integration, liaising with billing, product, marketing, and customer support to ensure scalable, high-quality member experiences and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• College degree or years of applicable manager experience.
• Experience in employer-sponsored health benefits space and preferably with a health plan.
• Excellent listening and communication skills—oral and written.
• Strong project management skills with scalable processes.
• Experience working with customers implementing digital products/services including coordination with health plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Payer Integration Managers to drive health plan integrations.
• Act as cross-functional SME for Health Plan Integration (HPI) including training and problem solving.
• Support partnerships with business development, product design and customer experience.
• Participate in sales conversations to support implementation with customers.
• Provide consultation on payer integration and billing for future Lyra products.
