Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager, Payer Integration to lead our Payer Integration team.

You will guide a group of managers to complete health plan integrations with customers and shape cross-functional strategy across billing, marketing, product, and support. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in fast-growing settings, deep exposure to employer-sponsored health benefits, and a passion for transforming mental health care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment.
• College degree or years of applicable manager experience.
• Experience in employer-sponsored health benefits space and preferably experience working with or for a health plan.
• Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape.
• Excellent listening and communication skills - both oral and written with an emphasis on gaining trust and credibility.
• Ability to solve problems in a highly collaborative manager.
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to build processes that can scale.
• Experience working with customers, implementing digital products/services including coordination with health plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Payer Integration Managers to deliver health plan integrations.
• Act as cross-functional Subject-Matter expert for Health Plan Integration.
• Support partnerships related to HPI with business development, product design and customer experience.
• Participate in Sales conversations to support implementation discussions with customers.
• Provide consultation related to payer integration and billing for future Lyra products.
• Collaborate with Billing, Marketing, Product and Support to identify trends and updates.
• Assist product team in documentation with health plans and customers about HPI launches.
• Develop relationships with health plans to facilitate integrations and customer support.
