Qualifications

• Education in a healthcare-related field or a clinical degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality management in an inpatient setting.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification highly desirable.
• Current, unencumbered clinical license in the state where hospitals operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a system-wide quality management framework across facilities.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics and outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive best practices.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and deliver staff education to promote quality and safety.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to foster improvement and patient satisfaction.
• Identify risks, mitigate them, and report to leadership and Board.
