Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Director of Quality Management to lead accreditation, QAPI initiatives, and quality improvement for a critical illness recovery LTACH. You'll work with senior leaders to drive patient and employee excellence and ensure regulatory readiness.

The role requires RN licensure, experience in quality domains, and familiarity with accrediting standards, with a preferred CP HQ credential. A strong focus on leadership and data-driven improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state
• Experience in Quality, Survey Readiness, Risk Management, Infection Control or Employee Health and Education
• Familiarity with accrediting standards; TJC and CARF preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate survey activities to assure accreditation, certification and licensure
• Organize monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings per QAPI calendar
• Review quarterly quality improvement reports
• Assist Medical Director and Quality Program Director with quality activities
• Lead RCA analyses at least annually for level 3-4 incidents
• Perform monthly quality data entry, analysis and reporting
• Emphasize employee training and education in the workplace
• Collaborate with leadership to meet reporting requirements
