Exalt Health Rehabilitation Conroe LLC is seeking a Quality Director to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive quality and patient safety program across our inpatient rehabilitation hospital network in Texas. The position oversees system-wide quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, education, and reporting to senior leadership and the Board.

• Expertise in healthcare regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Proficiency in healthcare data management and statistics
