Job summary

SAC Health is seeking a Director, Patient Services to lead Patient Services, Referrals, and EPIC Template Management at our San Bernardino location. You will set standards, drive scheduling optimization, and partner with clinical leaders to improve access, experience, and revenue cycle performance.

The role requires a strong healthcare operations background, expertise in Epic scheduling, and a track record of staff development in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years healthcare operations experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience with Epic scheduling and patient access workflows required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Patient Services, Referrals, Patient Registration, and EPIC Template Management.
• Develop and execute patient access strategies to improve appointment availability.
• Lead scheduling optimization to maximize provider capacity and access to care.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements impacting patient access.
