Responsibilities

• Proactively develop, maintain, and deepen client relationships, delivering strategic insights and exceptional service.
• Manage end-to-end outsourced accounting engagements, oversee systems implementation and integration with operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead implementation of best practices in client accounting processes.
• Oversee complete accounting cycles for clients, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with compliant financial reporting.
• Review financial workpapers and reports for quality and compliance.
• Lead tech evaluations and implementation to enhance service delivery and value.
• Collaborate on proposals and presentations for prospective clients and growth.
• Represent the firm at events to network and identify opportunities.
• Provide coaching and leadership to team members for growth.
