7+ years of relevant experience.
CPA License.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for C-suite and senior client executives with strategic guidance and updates.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities to expand services.
Develop engagement strategies and lead complex accounting engagements with AAS leadership.
Perform and review technical accounting research and advise on GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements.
Lead engagements involving IPOs, SPACs, mergers, or other strategic initiatives.
Oversee engagement quality and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Identify and resolve engagement challenges with leadership guidance.
Mentor and develop project teams with coaching and feedback.
Support business development through proposals, scoping, pricing, and relationship management.
