Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Import or synchronize general ledger data.
• Process accounts payable, including Bill.com integration.
• Post payroll journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare and review depreciation schedules.
• Assist with monthly and year-end trial balance closings.
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services.
• Participate in software application implementation projects.
• Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues.
