• 5+ years building organic audiences for a brand, creator, media company, or combination.
• Think in systems with repeatable workflows and AI-enabled production loops.
• Understand short-form video and platform algorithm shifts over time.
• Analytical approach using retention, engagement, and attribution metrics.
• Able to move between strategic leadership and hands-on content creation.

Responsibilities

• Own Enlightium’s organic growth engine end-to-end across storytelling, content systems, distribution, and AI-driven workflows.
• Lead content pillars, platform priorities, and growth targets for national reach.
• Oversee content operations and a scalable publishing cadence across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate production with videographers, editors, designers, and internal contributors.
• Set vision and build processes that let a small team act like a larger one.
