LifeLink of Georgia seeks a Director, Recovery Services to lead the OPO Recovery Services department, ensuring all activity complies with LifeLink Foundation, OPO, Tissue Bank, and state/federal regulations. You will direct coordinators, monitor QA, and guide staff in line with established policies.

You will oversee budget considerations, improve processes, and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage to maximize organ and tissue recovery while promoting staff development and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Clinical experience in ICU, ER, or OR.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of vascular transplant coordination teams.
• Mentor staff and ensure proper interviewing, evaluation, and coaching.
• Manage mid-year and annual staff evaluations and development.
• Participate in the Administrator on Call schedule.
• Maintain open-door policy for staff on case-related and operational issues.
• Ensure protocol modifications are implemented and audited for compliance.
• Support hospital development initiatives with the Hospital Development Manager.
• Coordinate with Tissue Recovery Manager on training and donor screening.
• Monitor daily consent, recovery, and placement reports and QA processes.
• Contribute to budgetary planning and cost-effectiveness of the division.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
