Job summary

Tennessee Donor Services is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day organ recovery activities and lead clinical recovery teams. The role requires an RN credential and substantial OPO experience to guide staff and ensure high standards of care.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Medical Directors, manage staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting hospital-based case activity. On-site role with a strong lifesaving mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in organ procurement organization (OPO) settings.
• Leadership roles and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Administrator On Call to guide staff through organ donation steps.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Committee on policy changes.
• Support recruitment, rounding, coaching, and orientation initiatives.
• Provide onsite hospital support and participate in case activity as needed.
• Model DCIDS core values and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
