Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Director of Operations Order Processing to lead the order processing team across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing and outstanding customer service. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize operations to meet service levels and revenue goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of operational work, and 2+ years in leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Five years of operational work experience and/or training.
• Two years of leadership development experience including mentoring or coaching.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the order processing team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Hire, develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service.
• Manage Orders in Process (OIP) meetings and delivery planning for equipment orders, balancing load for efficiency.
• Address escalations within defined procedures and provide timely customer support.
