Job summary

Big Watt Digital LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a strategic Director of Operations Scheduling & Planning to architect and master-plan the operational rhythm across our regional data center portfolio.

Reporting to executive operations leadership, you will govern the operational change management process, coordinate multi-site maintenance calendars, and ensure every maintenance event is vetted, scheduled, and executed without impacting uptime.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mission-critical facility planning or outage management.
• Deep knowledge of MOP/SOP/EOP authoring and change governance.
• Proven track record running centralized scheduling across multi-site 24/7 campuses.

Responsibilities

• Own Operational Change Management engine and standardize procedures.
• Define maintenance windows by risk level and coordinate multi-site calendars.
• Translate PM tasks into optimized daily/weekly/annual shift plans.
• Align maintenance schedules with tenant SLAs and customer requirements.
