Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Lockhart, Texas, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center projects. You will develop comprehensive schedules, coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and PMs, and integrate procurement timelines into the master plan.

The role requires a CM/PM degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in scheduling for data center projects, and strong BIM/Procore proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction scheduling
• Experience on data center or mission-critical projects
• Strong BIM/Procore knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Scheduling certifications (PMI-SP, AACE PSP) a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to gather input and update timelines.
• Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate schedule reports including look-aheads and critical path analyses.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to align milestones.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule risks early.
• Ensure schedules meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Support earned value analysis and reporting requirements.
• Document final schedules and lessons learned during project closeout
