Goodwin Recruiting has been retained to find a Restaurant Director of Operations for a long-tenured, upscale casual concept in the DC market. The incumbent will lead with integrity, oversee 8+ full-service locations, and manage liquor/beverage programs, budgets and forecasts while fostering a high-energy, servant-leadership environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and community networking within the DC area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Director-level role.
• Overseeing 8+ full-service restaurant locations.
• Extensive experience with liquor, beer and wine programs.
• Strong financials, budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Soft skills demonstrated: integrity, leadership, communication, energy and servant leadership.
