Tampa General Provider Network seeks a Director of Growth & Integration to advance strategic growth, physician alignment, and network integration across Florida. This leader will partner with executive teams, physicians, and external stakeholders to drive multi-market expansion and successful integrations.

The role directs cross-functional initiatives, develops strategic partnerships, and delivers executive-level reporting to guide decision-making and improve network performance.

• Proven success leading strategic growth initiatives and complex negotiations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician practice management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic growth initiatives to expand TGPN's presence and partnerships in targeted markets.
• Evaluate and support new partnership, affiliation, and acquisition opportunities aligned with TGPN's growth strategy.
• Direct physician and practice integration for successful operational, clinical, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with leaders to standardize workflows, policies, and operating practices.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and performance.
