Job summary

Prosper Marketplace is seeking a Director of Operations Analytics & Infrastructure to lead three functions—Analytics, Data Science, and Systems Infrastructure—across a 24-person team in Phoenix, San Francisco, and remote sites. This role reports to the VP of Operations and governs key platforms like Zendesk, LiveVox, and NICE CXone, ensuring reliability and compliance.

You will partner with Credit Risk and Product/Engineering to advance AI initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years in business operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing distributed teams.
• Experience directing budgeting, headcount planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python/R, BI tools, and AI concepts; hands-on coding not required.
• Deep experience with contact center platforms and vendor management, including TCPA compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, data science, and infrastructure teams across Phoenix, SF, and remote locations.
• Oversee Zendesk, LiveVox, and NICE CXone infrastructure and vendor negotiations.
• Define metrics, governance, and regulatory compliance for the operation.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Verification & Fraud, Product, and Engineering on growth initiatives and integrations.
• Drive initiatives from problem statement to live rollout with executive alignment.
